Neal Schneider - Owner

As long as Neal can remember, lawn care and snow removal has always intrigued his interest. "Since I could push a shovel at my parents house, I would spend most of my time outdoors with my mother working in the yard, mowing, raking, shoveling snow, helping build their retaining walls, and mulching." After working in the family business, he knew that he couldn't spend all his time in an office, being such a hands on person. Wanting to get his hands dirty once again, he started Schneider Snow Plowing and Lawn Care, specializing in creating beautiful landscapes, providing snow removal at a reasonable cost and opening a new landscaping retail center!

Neal, our owner, brings together his design and attention to detail making a low maintenance backyard oasis. It is his passion to make sure that your yard is a beautiful and usable space.

Joe - General Manager

Joe is our general manager and is in charge of all the day to day operations. He manages projects, bids jobs, and gets the ball rolling to have your dream space completed. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and hunting.

Chad - Head Forman

Chad is in charge of installation and maintenance from job to job. He makes sure that our designs are executed flawlessly and maintained beautifully, protecting your investment. During Chad's free time he enjoys being on the water, and being a part of the Rock Aqua Jays!

Michael - Business Development Specialist

Michael is our business development specialist, which is responsible for website development, marketing, social media management, and more. He is often in the office at the shop, but can sometimes be found "working" on a job site. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, thrifting, and flipping items from the marketplace.

Elizabeth - Retail Center Office Manager

Elizabeth is the face of our Retail Center. She will be loading customers with rock & mulch or out and about making deliveries. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, kayaking, and crocheting.

The Crew

Our crew is considered our family. They are a well rounded team who work hands on with Chad, Neal, and Joe on projects.

Buddie & Brandy

When you stop out at our shop you will be greeted by our official-furry greeters. Buddie a 10 year old yellow lab, enjoys long naps, working in the air conditioning office and pup treats. Brandy is an energetic Springer Spaniel who enjoys following equipment around at the shop and you can almost always catch her with her ball in her mouth ready for you to play fetch with her.
